He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley; his children, Dino (Sylvia), Andy (Krista), Michael (Robin) and Emily (Jeremy Steinberg); his grandchildren, Adrienne, Rebecca, Stephanie, Sean, Nicole, Jordan, Nathan, Jillian, Samuel, Matthew, Ethan, Alexandra and Natalie; his parents, Dincho Tsandelis and Christina Tsandelis; and his close friend Lynne Phillips.
He is survived by: his brother Nick Tsandelis (Mary); his nieces and nephews, David, Steven, Christina and Katherine; and also, Greg (Bert) and Michael (Sarah).
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home Ltd. (507 Frederick St, Kitchener, ON N2B2A5). A prayer was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home (507 Frederick St, Kitchener, ON N2B2A5). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sts. Peter & Paul Greek Orthodox Church (527 Bridgeport Rd, Kitchener, ON N2K1N6). A burial was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Woodland Cemetery (119 Arlington Blvd, Kitchener, ON N2A2G8).
