She was predeceased by: her husband Johannes Van Bommel (John); her parents, Gerardus Enckevort and Christina Van Enckevort; her siblings, Pierre (Rita), Toos (late Toon), Gerrit (late Nellie), Marriet (late Toon), Harrie (Nellie), Lenie (late Toon) and Piet; and her siblings-in-law, Anthony, Bill (late Theresa), Toon (late Toos), Aloysius (Anna), Karel (Jaantje), Paula (late Ted), Peter, Frank, Mary, Joe (late Joey) and Wilma (late Joe).
She is survived by: her children, Marianne Lovenjak (Peter), John Van Bommel (Kathy), Margret Haskell (Chris) and Michelle Walsh (Robert); her grandchildren, Nicole (Ben), Felicia, Tylor (Michelle), Justina (Jordon), Kendra (Tuan), Brittany (Noah), Trisha (Austin), Simon, Thomas, Benjamin and Samuel; her great grandchildren, Gretchen, Landon and Madison; her sibling Arie (Leny); and her brother-in-law Martin (Tonie).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. John the Divine Church (390 Base Line Rd W, London, ON N6J1W1). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
