He was predeceased by: his mother Jacqueline Evans. He is survived by: his wife Laura; his daughters, Amanda and Amber; his grandchildren, Tianna and Bryan; his father David Evans (Sharon); and his sisters, Terry Nash and Jeanine Kroppmanns. He is also survived by family members and friends.
