Predeceased by her parents Stewart McNeill (1992) and Simone Desaulniers (2011) of Shawinigan PQ; and her ex-husband Jacques Noel (2018) of Cornwall ON; She is survived by her daughters, Susan of Victoria, BC; and Diane of Cornwall, ON; and her grandchildren, Nicolas and Melina of British Columbia; and Maranda, Michael, Matthew and Conner of Ontario.

Upon the wishes of the deceased, Carole will be cremated.

She was a formidable woman with a heart like no other. She is and always will be greatly missed.
