He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. Williams and Anna Z. Williams; and his siblings, Richard, James, Jack, Helen, Flossie and Connie.
He is survived by: his significant other Shirley A. Williams; his daughters, Anna W. Short Laurel (John), Charlene J. Williams, Sandy Springs and Shirley A. Murray Georgetown (Russell); his grandsons, Charles J. Reese and Russell N. Murray; his stepgrandsons, Aaron Short and John Short, IV; and his sisters, Stella Bender of Dunnellon Fla and Peggy Bednar of Royersford, PA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
