He is survived by: his sister Caroline Faries; his wife Carol; his brother-in-law Roy; his daughters, Katherine Penman (David), Holly Carmichael (James) and Wendy Penman (John); his grandchildren, Karli Turner (Shane), Kristen Pivetta (Nick), Meghan Penman, Shelby Carmichael, Chelsey Carmichael (Jay), Michael Paulin and Cameron Paulin; his great grandchildren, Jack, Aria, Phoneixx, Coen and Callum Turner; his pets, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Fish, Chips and Victoria of Willow's Beach; and his friends, Tony and Carol Peters.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Sequoia Centre at McCall Gardens (4665 Falaise Dr, Victoria, BC V8Y1B4). A burial was held on Thursday, February 5th 2026 at the Royal Oak Burial Park (4673 Falaise Dr, Victoria, BC V8Y1B4).
