It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Frederic Sills of Victoria, British Columbia, who passed away on March 15, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Doris Sills and Frederic Sills; his wife Norma; and his children, John, Diane (Colin), Edward (Deanna) and Elizabeth (Steve). He was also cherished by six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
