He was predeceased by: his parents, Deanetta Mensink (van) and Lawrence JohnMensink. He is survived by: his daughters, Krista Seaboyer (Mensink), Lesley Crystal (Mensink) and Joy Sherlock (Mensink); his siblings, Bryce Mensink, Ron Mensink, Jeff Mensink and Carol Simle (Mensink); and his grandchildren, Kaspar Seaboyer, Juniper Crystal, Penelope Crystal and Audrey Sherlock. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to First Baptist Church, Halifax, Christ Church Cathedral, Victoria, or the Victoria Hospitals Foundation.
