With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David P. Barlow (Victoria, British Columbia), born in Winchester, South East, who passed away on October 17, 2018 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Richard (Karen), Rosemary (Christopher) and Peter (Janeth); his siblings, Christopher, Anthony and Lucinda (Chubb); his grandchildren, Alex, Frances Plessis (Du) and Rosamund; and his great grandchild Charles.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in David's name to Christ Church Cathedral.
