He was predeceased by: his parents, Cliff (Alma Worthy) and David. He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his son Calum; his brothers, Norman (Betty) and Ken (Ireena); his sister-in-law Robbi Smith (Dan); his nieces and nephews, Mandy (Sam), Jason (Melissa), David, Gary, Josef, Layne, Eric, Kate, Maddy, Sofia, Emily, Olivia, Heather, Jocelyn, Vivienne, Francesca and Grace; and his friend Linda Carter.
