She is survived by: her husband Martin Joseph Gordon (Marty); her daughter Charlotte Lily Gordon; her parents, Joan Elizabeth MacKenzie (Carew) and Lloyd Steven MacKenzie; her brother Mark Steven MacKenzie; her sister-in-law Melanie MacKenzie (Parnell); and her parents-in-law, John Gordon and Geraldine Gordon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations in her name can be made to Opal Family Services, which provides support and coordinates respite for families who have a child or adult dependent with a disability, or Camp Rotary.
