He is survived by: his partner Henry; and his cousins, Tracey Joy Kennedy (Antoinette), Deane Kennedy, Jacques Windell, James Coetzee, Wilna Manefeldt, Eugenie Grundlingh, Johan Hugo, Chris Windell, Christo Bresler, Christelene, Burna Kirsten, Colene Theunissen and Louis Lourens. He is also survived by many other relatives, friends.
