He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Elliott King and Florence Collins; his close friends, Matthew Hiscock, Jamie Sommers and Ryan Hiscock; and his grandfather Wilson Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Correy; his children, Nikita (Dylan), Amber (Brady) and Dylan; his granddaughters, Aria, Layla and Lilly; his parents, David Collins and Phyllis Collins; his sister Charlene (Shawn); his pet Jojo; his uncle John; his aunt Florence Peckham; his nieces, Keesha, Requal and Shiann; his close friends, Danny Clarke, Ryan Vaters, Bradley Osmond, Roy "Mose" Cole, Robbie Harris, Johnny Moores, Kenneth Sommers, Cory Mercer, Cory Mutrey, Andrew Slade and Ryan Vaters Jr.; Rosalie King.
