He was predeceased by: his son Leonard. He is survived by: his wife Johanna; his children, Marilyn Van Boven (Lawrence), Johanna Lasell, Alice Duits (Berney), William Hordyk (Jackie), Richard Hordyk (Carla), Anita Stel (Patrick) and Sylvia Seibel (Kevin); his daughter-in-law Sandi Hordyk; and his children, Dirk and Atlas Stereo. He is also survived by 115 grandchildren/great-grandchildren.
