Kathi Morrison wrote a sympathy message

โ€œMy deepest sympathies to all of you. I only remember meeting Aunt Aileen the one time at Jennifer's wedding (Aunt Janet's daughter). She was very similar in manner and attitude to the Morrison clan with whom I am most familiar, especially my father, Sterling, and I enjoyed our conversations very much. I regret that I was not in contact with her throughout my lifetime as I feel saddened by the loss of family connections. My mother, Patricia, remembers Aunt Aileen coming home one year to Port Hood Island with the two boys. My grandmother, Laura, was cooking "cured" fish and potatoes for supper and one of the boys asked what it was he was eating and my grandfather, Ed, replied, "It's cured fish." The boy then smartly replied, "Why did you cure it? Was it sick?" Please know that we are thinking of you and holding you in our prayers. Kathi Morrison & Teddy MacDonald, Peyton & Rowanโ€
