She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Carolina Ventura and Jose Furtado; her spouses, Jaime and Costa Ribeiro; and her children, Lurdes (Kenneth), Teresa (David), Cidalia, Jaime and Jennifer (Raymond). She was also cherished by 7 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to BC Cancer, Canadian Red Cross, or Victoria Hospice.
