She was predeceased by: her husband Gote Ragnvald Augustin Sahlen (Ray). She is survived by: her sons, Hans of Calgary, Alta, Arne of Kimberley, B. C. and Allan (Anna) of Prince George, B. C; her grandchildren, Jackie, Emily of Ontario, Cassandra of Lethbridge, AB, Kristin of Victoria, B. C., Aaryn of Maple Ridge, B. C. and Spencer of Coquitlam, B. C; and her siblings, Lida Magur (Leon) of Tempe, AZ, Rudolph Bialuski of Sacramento, CA., Harley Haynes of Edmonton, AB and Wanda Weldon of Irvine.
A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at Knox Presbyterian Church on Saturday, September 29th, 2018 at 2:00 PM In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Women in Need (WIN) 1803 Cook Street, Victoria, B.C. V8T-3P5.
