He was predeceased by: his daughter Donna; his wife Thelma; his daughters, Connie (Steve) and Kathy; his grandchildren, David (Gayla), Scott, Catherine, Holly and Jodi; and his great grandchildren, Lukas, Sam, Quinn and Colton.
