With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances McLachlan (Victoria, British Columbia), who passed away on October 21, 2018 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Theresa Moran and John Moran; and her siblings, Joy, Jackie and Kevin.
She is survived by: her husband Don; and her granddaughter Tessa.
