He was predeceased by: his wife Eileen Ewer; and his son Allan Ewer. He is survived by: his children, Erin, Calvin (Kim), Sean (Kim), Mellonie (Marty) and Francine (Lorne). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Church (4040 Nelthorpe St, Victoria, BC V8X2A2). A reception will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
