He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Katherine (Henry Baade), Frances (Bruce Hawker), Michael (Julie McClung) and Sheila (Rob Martin); his grandchildren, Tristan (Alice), James (Megan), Elizabeth, Rosalie, Kristel (Matthew), Jeffrey (Debbie), Emma (David), Lucy, Jonathan, William and Ellen; his great grandchildren, Isaac, Hannah, Anya, Tessa, India, Maria and Ava; and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Gower, Doris and Berk Maddaford. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and some of his cousins.
