Robert Dilts wrote a sympathy message

“I have played tennis with Frankie at Beacon Hill for many, many years. He was such a sweet guy always with a warm smile and willingness to have fun. He played well He always asked about my family as i did his his. He will be missed.....very much so. Yesterday I mounted a small plaque at the courts along with those of others who played tennis and have passed on...so he is there as well as in our hearts. Sincerest condolences. Bob Dilts”
