He was predeceased by: his father Jack Gilmore. He is survived by: his wife Sandra (McLaughlin); his son Derek; his daughter-in-law Tania; his daughter Deanna; his son-in-law Barry Selver; his grandchildren, Jarred, Vanessa, Olivia and Shaelyn; his mother Edith; and his siblings, Sandy Russell and Tim (Joyce). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations to the BC Lung Association would be much appreciated.

Rick was always the leader and had everyone organized.... well as best as he could. We had many laughs about Kinsmen events, camping trips together, and Lake Cowichan , Okanagan Lake but, especially our first trip to Disneyland with your family. Best wishes to all and take comfort in those memories. the Snows ☃️”
