It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Garry Leonard Elander (Victoria, British Columbia), who passed away on November 24, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Theresa and Knut Gunnar; and his siblings, Conrad, Edward, Henry, Ross, Roger, Edith Overland, Hilda Clark, Helen Bell, Mary Ryer and Karen McFadden.

He is survived by: his wife Patti; his son Gary Jr; his grandson Coleton John; his stepson Rick Long; and his sister Doris Lewis. He is also survived by husband, father, brother, uncle, friend and a big heart for his grandson Coleton and his many special nieces and nephews.

Garry requested that donation be made to the homeless population at the place of your choice.
