He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph-Arthur Picard and Yvonne Beaulieu; his wife Kathrin Augusta Picard; and his siblings, Germain Picard (Céline Fortin), Gisèle (Jacques Séguin), Rémi (Suzanne Simard) and Thérèse. He is also survived by many family members and friends.
