He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Foster and May Foster; his wife Agnes; and his children, Robin (Dianne), Janice, Grant (Pam) and Kathrynn (David). He was also cherished by ten grandchildren and one great grandchild and extended family.

Dad took great pride in his contributions to the Vancouver skyline.
