He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda (Eric) of Warrington, UK, Keith (Erika) of Las Vegas, Joan (Robert) of Cape Town, South Africa, Brian (Susan) of Victoria, BC and Kenneth (Catherine) of Warrington, UK.; and his siblings' children, Debbie (Nigel), Cameron, Ben, Catherine, Jennifer, Neil (Derusha), Kirsty, Adam and Michelle (John).
