It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henry Caplan in Victoria, British Columbia, who passed away on July 12, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Miriam; his daughters, Rachel Henry (Jeff) and Deborah; and his granddaughter Erin Henry (Sean).
