She is survived by: her grandson Roger Luykx; her children, Monica Smaak (Christopher), Justa Kendall (Simon), Hildemarie Ladouceur (Alex), Julia Giuriato (Bill) and John Smaak (Virginie); and her grandchildren, Graham, Spencer, Elliot (Charlotte), Lauren (Rob), Ryan (Lucy), Sophia (Robin), Sandra-Mae (Alan), Mia (Caleb), Nico (Kiersten) and Valentine (Taylor).
A prayer will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the St. Patrick's Parish (2060 Haultain St, Victoria, BC V8R2L7). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
