He was predeceased by: his siblings, Adolph, Arthur and Meta. He is survived by: his wife Joan Lorna Wuerch; his children, Julie and Gregory Wirch (Gioconda); his grandson Alexander Wirch; and his brother Erwin Wirch (Isabelle).
