In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Irvine had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Irvine may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Hare and Sadie; his wife Isabelle; and his brother Allan. He is survived by: his children, Michael, Kathleen Erb, Alison Hare and Diane Lee.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Broad View United Church (3703 St Aidans St, Victoria, BC V8P2V7).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the mission and service fund of the United Church of Canada or Broad View United Church would be appreciated.
