He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Brenda Hesketh (Kyle), Ineke Burritt (Joseph) and Dave (Sheryl); his siblings, Hyke Comet and Theo; his foster sister Annelies Vijver; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Bondesen (Jim) and Neil Lindsey (Barb). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
