It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Fraser (Victoria, British Columbia), who passed away on November 12, 2018, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jean Fraser to pay them a last tribute.
She is survived by: her daughters, Erin (James) and Leah (Ryan); and her granddaughter Adele. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
