She was predeceased by: her husband Ed Kowalik; and her parents, Walter and Helen. She is survived by: her sons, Ted (Renee), Rick (Carrie) and Stephen (Erin); her siblings, Henry (Joannie), Babcia, Matthew (Jenn), Krystina (Dan), Katherine, Sydney, Cory (Lisamarie) and Riley (Caitlyn); her brothers-in-law, Chester Kowalik (Phyllis) and Ray Kowalik (Liz); her nephew Jeff (Katherine); her great-nieces, Hannah and Olivia; and her niece Kathy (Jesse). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
