With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Johanna Day in Victoria, British Columbia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Johannes Veerkamp and Johanna Veerkamp; her brothers, Peter, Tony, Bert, John, Marius and William; and her siblings-in-law, Earl, Thomas, Corrie, Anna, Virginia, Lora, Erika and Judy.
She is survived by: her husband David; her daughters, Christina (Michael), Michele, Cheryl (Christopher) and Tracy (Geoffery); her grandchildren, Amanda, Ryan, Samantha, Brooke, Hailey, Alexa, Joshua, Sophia and Arianna; her siblings, Rita, Frank, Theo, Leo and Alfred; and her siblings-in-law, Allan, Don, Jack, Rosita, Tina, Yvonne and Dorothy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
