John Francis Paine Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Francis Paine of Victoria, British Columbia, born in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, who passed away on July 30, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Paine and Barbara Paine; his wife Margaret Paine; his children, Laurie Bullis of Prince George, Tracey Szirth (Nick) of Qualicum and Ian Paine (Lori) of Edmonton; his siblings, Marion Jardine of Langley and Mike of Nakusp; his grandchildren, Dale, Kellie, Paige, Nicole, Jack, Alec and Kerran; and his great grandchildren, Lilly, Ayda and Dax.
A picnic celebration in honour of Jack is planned for family at Surrey Bend Park, on Saturday, August 28th (Covid-19 permitting) from 11am to 4pm.
Memorial donations to the BC Cancer Foundation and the Galiano Lions Society are appreciated.
