He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stanley Reeve Green and Alice Haldon Green; his former wife Ruby Green; and his great great grandchild Alexander Parker. He is survived by: his wife Luella; his children, Maureen (Kahlen), Ron (Mary-Jo), Teresa (Cam), Donna (Ed), Garry (Lindsey), Lynda (Bruce), Scott (Karen), Darrel (Kelly) and Gordon (Tammy); and his brother Rowland Green (Dawn). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Jack Green's name to the SPCA.
