He is survived by: his wife Joan; his sons, Ross (Krystina) and Stuart (Natascha); his grandchildren, Kate, Jack, Charlie, Colin, Rowan, Rune and Freya; his nieces and nephews, Michael, Christopher, Laurel, Kim, Jennifer, Jill, Julie, Kara and Kristin; his siblings-in-law, Jim and Bev; his cousins, Bill, Doug, Nadia and Ellen; and his friend Ruth. He is also survived by many other friends and relatives.
