Joyce Carter Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on January 31, 2023, at the age of 94, Joyce Carter (Victoria, British Columbia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brothers, Jim, John and Mike Reynolds; and her son David Eurchuk. She is survived by: her daughters, Terry Forster (Monte) and Susan Johnson (Jim Thomas); and her grandchildren, Liza, Melanie, Emily, Brittany and Ashlin. She is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren.
