She was predeceased by : her parents, George Wallace and Margaret Wallace. She is survived by : her husband Randy Halliday; her daughter Lucia Oram; her grandchild Layla Elizabeth; and her brothers, Kit and Mark.

Julia moved into long term care in October 2023 for her progressing Alzheimer's disease.
