“It was with great sadness that I learned of Kathy’s passing. She was a long-time friend and associate from the IRWA for many, many years. Last summer some of our Region 10 ladies, including Kathy, got together for a mini reunion in Peachland - old friends meeting, greeting, visiting as if no time has passed at all.
