Matthew William Cook Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew William Cook (Victoria, British Columbia), who passed away on April 1, 2021, at the age of 33, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dave Cook (Barb Siebert) and Saphyre Ash (late David Ash); his siblings, Adam Cook (Miranda Douglas) and Sarah Larson (Sheldon Larson); his nephew Jack; his niece Kate Larson; and his uncles, Don Cook and Gerald Cook (Paola Giacomantonio).
