He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul and Mabel; his stepmother Kay; his wife Velma; his brother Michael (Carol); and his nephew Andre (Brenda).
He is survived by: his son Lance Neale (Krishna); his grandsons, Grayson and Sam; his siblings, Diane Jackson (David), Colette Sopel (Lyle) and John Gauthier; and his nieces and nephews, Rene (Deborah), Kurtis (Bianca), Nicole (Steve) and Julie (Jack).
