It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Michael Abbott (Victoria, British Columbia), who passed away on December 2, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lois; his children, Steven (Je) and Lori (John); his grandchildren, Steven, Landon, Michael and Kristen; his sister-in-law Patricia (Wayne); and his parents, Lillian Abbott and Gordon Abbott. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.

“All are love and respect go out to Lois Steven and Lori and all the family for ther loss. Dick was the best. A wonderful man and a proud father. His family was always number one. Dick Steve and myself spent countless hours with our hockey team. Dick was our equipment MGR and I was the MGR and Steve was our Goalie from Pup rite through to Bantam 8 years Practices from 5 am to 7am twice a week. Dick was always there for them plus all our games at home and on the road Great years Rest in peace”
