He was predeceased by: his son Doug. He is survived by: his wife Lynda; his daughters, Shari (Dale) and Judi (Peter); his grandchildren, Ashley, Nicole (Christopher), Matthew (Stefana) and Megan; his great grandchild Penelope; and his brother Dr. Philip Malpass.
