He is survived by: his daughters, Tracy Middleton (Larry) and Kelly Orr-Loney (Tom); his grandchildren, Derek Middleton (Cindy) and Jacci Davidson (Ben); his great grandchildren, Jamie Davidson, Annalyn Davidson, Madison Middleton and Payton Middleton; his sister-in-law Patricia Johnston (Jack); his nieces, Janice Brownlee (Scott), Jody LeBlanc and Christine Johnston Bate (Miles); and his close friend Shirley Rainey. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
