It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roseann Margaret Todd of Victoria, British Columbia, who passed away on May 13, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold England and Pansy England (Schofield); and her brother Richard. She is survived by: her husband Thomas "Tom"; her sisters, Marilyn Baltzer (John) and Pauline Carey (Byron Smith); her sister-in-law Ann Russell; and her brothers, Ronald England (Liz) of Young's Cove and Carl England (Heather). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
