He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara McCormack and Clint McCormack; and his brothers, John and Michael. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his son Shaun; his grandchildren, Ashley, Caleb and Izaya; and his siblings, Alan, Eileen, Cathy and Barbara McCormack.
