He was predeceased by: his parents, John Flight and Suzanna Flight; and his close friend Madeline Murphy. He is survived by: his children, Barbarann Griffin (Dennis), Victoria, Cindy Fitzgerald (Ray) of Bryant's Cove and Roy Flight (Tanya); his grandchildren, Kaylee, Mason, Devon, Dawson, Kody, Brandon and Zoe; his siblings, Charles Lloyd Flight, Hazel Thoms (late Frank) of Brampton, ON and Elizabeth Burden (late Gordon); and his close friend Jim Flight (Alma).
