She is survived by: her daughter Mariah; her son-in-law Keith; her grandchildren, Derian (Amanda), Brendan and Kyanne; her great grandchild Abigail; and her sister-in-law Joyce. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews, and the great‑nieces and great‑nephews.
She poured her creativity into every stitch and contributed many charity quilts over the years, including pieces for the Quilt of Valour program—work that combined her artistry with her generous heart.
